This mailing list will be to discuss the creation, naming, specifications, design ideas, technological problems and the full creation, designing, coding, staging, testing, and production of a web site focusing on the Northwest Arkansas Gay Community that will bring together several features of larger popular sites to a site that will be focused and used by the people in the Northwest Arkansas Metro Area. This web site will be non-profit with membership being free to all members and all design and development being donated from members of the Northwest Arkansas Area Community. Ads placed on the site, if any, will only be to support hosting and maintaining costs that can not be volunteered or donated from members in our area. We basically want to use the list as a board room table to brainstorm ideas, vote on those ideas, explain implementing supported features, and basic discussion between the members who are volunteering to help bring this much needed site to life.
this list is intended to serve those new to web page creation by drawing its subscribers from elementary web page classes. it is intended to provide these students with a vehicle to continue to be in contact with fellow students past the end of their class. additionally, as the list matures, those no longer in class but relatively close to being beginners will be available to actual beginners for counsel and support.
