You want something like FTP Explorer or WS FTP for that taks, IE cannot
upload (it's download only so to speak).

In all my years using a computer, I've never had to upload to an FTP site.
I know about the Log-In and Password, but do I need an FTP client to upload,
or can I use IE, somehow? If so, how?
What do I do please!
