[access-uk] A Sygate message

Hi all -
Sygate regularly brings up the following:
services and controller app [services.exe] is trying to broadcast an ICMP
type 10 [router solicitation] packet to 224...
Can somebody tell me if it is ok to allow this? I never know what these
[router solicitation] things are all about!
