Hi Jackie,

I've seen this from time to time.  The only way I found to stop it was a 
combination of unloading JAWS, Outlook or one of the other.  BTW I'm using 7 
with 2K7, so it's not exclusive to your setup.

I'm sure it must be the JAWS' Graphic Dictionary at play here.  JAWS Retailers 
any ideas?  Can we simply re-label the graphic for selected-unslected on a msg 
in Outlook?  A bit like the way you can rename the Unread Graphic.
