Saeed,
Here are some very useful resources:
Accessify:
http://www.accessify.com/
Dive Into Accessibility:
http://diveintoaccessibility.org/
Building Accessible Web Sites.
http://www.joeclark.org/book/sashay/serialization/
RNIB Web Accessibility Centre.
http://www.rnib.org.uk/xpedio/groups/public/documents/code/public_rnib008789.hcsp
I'd also suggest making sure that your html and css code are the best
they possibly can. Using code that conforms to the correct specification is
absolutely the only way to begin true accessibility, so a quick look around
the W3C Schools site is invalueable:
http://www.w3schools.com/default.asp
The other thing I'd suggest, is joining a list like Blind Webbers,
blindwebbers-subscribe@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx where there are plenty of visually
impaired developers who'll be able to answer your questions.
Cheers,
Tink.

Subject: [access-uk] ACCESSIBLE WEB DESIGN TUTORIALS OR COURSES
Hi everyone, I would like to learn how to design a basic web page for
example, using HTML or any other programs used for such purpose such as
front page etc.
I would be grateful for any advice especially if there are any tutorials
designed with the use of acciss technology in mind.
I use Window-eyes and Windows XP.
Regards, Saeed
