If you visit SKY Accessibility at:
http://www1.sky.com/accessibility/tvguide.htm and search for Monday, you will get a listing of all AD movies and other AD programmes.

You are right, there does appear to be quite a lot of AD Movies available now and indeed, I enquired into the cost of subscribing to them. I'm currently paying £25 a month for multi-room. Well, there are two packages. These are; SKY Movie Channels £35 a month. That's, Movie Channels 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8 and 9. For £28 a month, I can get 1,3,5,7 and 9 or 2,4,6 and 8. Even the cheaper package would bring my subscription up to £53 a month. At the moment it's just too far out of my reach. May be better however, to get a loved one to buy the cheaper package for Christmas, though £300 is quite a lot also for a one-off payment. Incidentally, without subscribing to the Movie Channels, there is very little AD available to me.

I noticed yesterday that, for the first time in my area, some of the Sky
movie channels now carry audio description.  I am quite surprised at how
many films are advertised with A/D so it will be interesting to see how many
of these prove to be available to me.
