Hi all - Somebody I know has just got Sky [paid £150 one off installation fee , so no contract] and although she could receive AD to begin with, since she inserted the card that Sky sent her in order for her to receive Channels 4 and5, she seems to have lost AD. I think I'm right in saying that Programme such as Coronation Street, Eastenders and Casualty have AD, but when she checks the menu for those programmes, it says AD not available.
