Try running Windows Update, but selecting Custom.

But before you do, ask yourself if you really need it, and
have JAWS 7.1?

Hi,

I have my laptop set to download apps automatically and then
ask to install.=20
I got as far as saying "Yes, install IE7" and seeing the
installer, but then=20
lost it and haven't seen it since.  Any ideas where I look
to try to re-run=20
this installer?
