Hi Richard,

I think some in-depth Googling might be useful, but the
following from Bangor University looks promising, especially
since it appears to use the MSAPI

Subject: [access-uk] ANYONE USED A WELSH SYNTHESISER WITH
JAWS

Hi, Someone has asked me if she can use a Welsh Synth with
JAWS.

I gather that you could rung HAL and change the keyboard
lay-out to JAWS, but this seems an expensive way round, as
all we need is the synth. Any thoughts would be extremely
welcome.

Thanks,

Richard
