I have version 2.1. I find the configuration in winamp preferences/dsp
effect section/pacemaker tempo controller/configure active plug-in button
witch I find by pressing tab key or activate with alt+c. I get a window with
4 tabs. First is "register and info". There you may need to use the jaws
cursor or the equivalent in your screen reader. For me the first time I
selected the plugging in Winamp it presented me a dialog with 2 buttons:
"start plugging" and "register" and I used the second one to enter the
registration information.

Hi Negoslav,
I've now registered the plug-in and got the code. Trouble is I can't see
where you register it. I have an option to configure the plug-in but that
doesn't seem to have anywhere to stick the code into. Help please.

If you use the payed version you can create global shortcuts that will
control the speed. For example ctrl+shift+0 sets the speed to normal for me,
ctrl+shift+1 sets the speed to -25%, ctrl+shift+2 sets it to 25%,
ctrl+shift+3 speeds up to 50% and so on.
I was never been able to hear tempo speed, pitch change etc with JAWS.

Thanks, found v2.6 which has almost solved my problem. The only snags seem
to be that I can't get JFW to say the tempo speed, and once you've set a
tempo, you seem to have to go back into the plugin to set it back to normal.

Any comments please?

Hi, Just installing progs following acquisition of new laptop running 7 home
premium with JFW 13.

I used to use Winamp 2.91 because it worked well with the pacemaker plug-in
to speed up speech without changing pitch. This option isn't working now, so
what do others use please?
Thanks,
