[access-uk] AVI and MOV Files

Can anyone help? My laptop, which runs XP, was recently serviced and the
operating system was re-installed. I am no longer able to play AVI and MOV
files (created using digital cameras). Can I download software such as Winamp
or Real Player that will work with these sorts of files? Thank you in
