Hi Mary -

This is the same for me, I don't know of a way to make FineReader the default, Think it has to be selected each time we open the application, but maybe somebody knows differently!

Subject: [access-uk] Abbyy Finereader

Hi,

I have just installed Finereader on my computer, it is professional version
seven. For some reason I do not seem able to keep using the Finereader
interface although this is the one I have selected. I have saved all my new
settings in a new batch file and most of them are kept apart from this
particular setting. If I close down Finereader and then return to it once
more it uses my Epson scanner settings. What am I doing wrong?

Regards

Mary
