[access-uk] Accessible DJ Software?

Hi all,
I always thought that, to be able to make music tracks, you really needed to
know very much about music, as in many terms and stuff. My sighted friend,
though, knows very little, and still, using a software program called EJ, he
could mix sounds, voice and layers of music together and make music tracks.
This program is totally inaccessible, but is there any cheap solution for us to
use? I have just bought Goldwave, I do think that I could use that to do stuff,
but where can I get sounds effects, beats and music from?
