Hi Amro,
Youtube to MP3 Converter comes with the caveat that there seems to have been
a clamp down on it because of copyright. Often you will just get the
message: "There is some maintenance going on. Please try again in the next
hour", and the same again when you try in the following hour.and so on.
In response to a similar quiry I posted here a few weeks ago, Adrian Tamasan
pointed me to a programme called 'Pontes Media Downloader', which you can
get at:

I've not looked back to Youtube to MP3 converter since my conversion to this
programme.
I prefer Pontes media (which I shall call 'The programme' to youtube-to-MP3
converter (which I shall call the Website'), because:
. The website has had a lot of downtime recently, possibly due to
copyright clamp downs, while you download the programme and it just does the
job
. The Website does what it says on the tin, converting youtube
videos to MP3 files, while the programme converts video clips from other
sites too
. The website limits you to converting videos up to 20 minutes long,
whilst I've converted two-hour files to audio
. The website does what it says on the tin, converting files to MP3,
while the Programme gives you a fairly extensive choice of output formats,
so although its mp3 bit rate is quite low, who cares if you can deal with
that after the download, say, with a Goldwave edit, or whatever - I download
to wave files, then edit in Goldwave before saving as higher bit rate mp3
. The programme is quicker than the website
. The programme is simpler to use - you open it, tab to the site
with the video on it, copy the URL of the video into your clipboard, tab
over to the programme and hit the download button, then wait for the pings -
a typical four-minute music track cooks in less than ten seconds
