Hi Andy,

Did you install the JAWS scripts? Below I'm pasting the list of hot keys to
use and there is something about how to look at the list of critical and/or
remove them. Sorry if you already know this, but I wasn't sure whether you
meant you didn't know about these hot keys or that they weren't working.

performing a scan:
Press control+s for the scan now button,
then press control+n for the next button to begin scanning.
When Scan is finished press control+n to go to the Scanning Results screen,
then press RightArrow to move to the Critical objects tab or press
Control+Shift+L to move to the Critical objects list view,
then press control+m to mark all spyware found,
then press control+n to delete the marked spyware.
Other scanning hotkeys:
Press control+o to monitor the number of objects scanned while a scan is
running.
Press control+shift+o to hear the number of critical objects found.
Press control+shift+c to cancel a running scan.
Press control+r to move to the scan mode radio buttons while on the scan
mode screen.
Press control+u to hear Scan summary information while on the Scan complete
screen.

Other hotkeys:
Press control+shift+s for the Status button which takes you to the main
Status screen.
if the Status button is pressed while already on the Status screen, the
status information visible on the screen will be read.
Press control+q for the quarantine button.
Press control+t for the settings button.
While on the settings screen, press f6 to toggle between the settings button
pane and the settings controls pane.
Press control+w for the web update button.
Press alt+f4 to exit the Settings screen or the Web update screen.
Press control+f for the finish button.
Press control+i for the ignore list.
Press control+shift+r to reset usage statistics.
Press control+l to move to whichever list view is visible on the screen.
Press control+shift+n to hear the name of the current screen.
