Hi David

Deleting the app won't solve the problem unfortunately.  If possible, use
the website which makes life so much easier.

Kind Regards,

Subject: [access-uk] Alexa app

Hi
It seems to me that Alexa app does not work very well with iPhone or iPad. I
have now forgotten how many time that I have had to delete the Alexa app and
reinstall it again to get it to work. Have others had the same problem and
if so how did you get it sorted out?
Is there an Amazon echo email address that I could write to and maybe they
can help me?
