[access-uk] Amazon credit card application problem

Hi,
Has anyone applied for an amazon credit card? I just tried to but was
unable to complete the process. The final page kept reappearing
asking me to amend fields - it seemed like it was a requirement to
purchase payment protection, insurance etc. I/JAWS may have been
misreading which checkboxes went with which text though - just
wondered if anyone else had done this?
