Hello,
Yes this is the contact number for the customer service team. Apparently they
are based in the Netherlands and deal with English and Dutch enquiries. I've
always found them to be one of the better customer service departments I've
encountered. They seem determined to do whatever it takes to get the right
result for their customers - unlike some CS departments where the agents can't
think beyond what's on their screens and can give the "computer says no"
response.
