[access-uk] Arg! How do I answer and end a call on the I-phone 4?

Hi all
I'm working my way through the user manual for the I-phone 4, but I've been
getting calls whilst trying to read it. Thing is, I can't answer the calls.
I found the voicemail button, but I don't know how to select any numbers to
delete or call back, and I don't know how to end a call.
Any help very much appreciated.
