Does Sound forge allow a stereo audio file of say, people talking to have
sound effects added to it. I guess this is multi-tracking?

I am doing a radio course and for the one module I will need to do some
sound editing. I need to find a programme that will work with JAWS.
At the university they use Audasity and Adobi Addition, (I think.) I have
also heard of Gold Wave.
Please can you give me any feedback on the various options that will work
for blind people.
