Hi Andrew,
Before you do anything with the Play Store, go into Settings, then About
Tablet, then System Updates. You should be able to at least update to
Lollipop if not Marsh Mallow.

Hi List,
I have recently purchased an Asus Nexus 7 Android tablet running Android
4.2.
Whilst in the main I have been getting on OK with it, some strange things
seem to have been happening:-
1. When activating the Google Play Store, the screen just seems to be
blank.
2. For most of the time, I have had a male voice when using Talkback.
However, I'm not sure what I've done but I now have a female voice. Have I
changed the voice somehow or has an update taken place? I've been into the
Talkback settings and I still seem to be using the Google TTS.
If anyone can help, particularly with the Google Play Store, I would greatly
appreciate it.
