[access-uk] Authorising Jaws?

Hi,
I am asking this question for a friend because I do not know the answer.
She was using jaws 4.0 under windows 98. She had to reformat her disk and
installed windows XP. Under XP, she could not install jaws authorisation.
The floppy makes running sounds but could not install the key. She went back
to windows 98 and she could not install the authorisation here too. the floppy
drive works but no,luck.
Any idea please?
