If you read the Access 2.0 blog on the Ouch website, you'll see that we
look at the latest in access on the iPlayer about once a week.

Hello Ray,

I haven't downloaded the program you're talking about but on the search
results it says "Original (subtitles) version only". Are you saying
that you have sign language interpretation showing, rather than
subtitles?

According to the help, neither "Signing Zone" or audio described
programs are currently available but will be in the future. I don't
know what "Signing Zone" programs are but presume they are sign language
interpreted programs.

I did user testing for the iplayer a few months ago and then there
didn't seem to be any audio description available, which I commented on.

Is there a way of contacting them to ask about this? I haven't found
one.

Catherine
