Hi Carol,
I don't have Cable myself, but I've just seen a post from a
friend on Facebook saying she couldn't get the AD working on
an episode of East enders, but she said she was using
virgin, and that the AD was working on all channels except
BBC1, could this be the same problem you are experiencing?
