Hi,

I don't know if it is the same for Word 2007 as it is for 2003 but if so this is what you do....

Type in the word or go to the word you want to change

Press ctrl and H

Says find and replace

Find what

tab to edit - type in word

tab to replace

type in what you want to replace the original word with

tab to replace all

press escape twice

and the word will be changed.

Hi all,

This is a really basic question, but I've forgotten how to do this,
because up until recently I've used a mouse!

In Word 2007, how do you Find and Replace text?

I have hit ctrl+F and it takes me to find, but how do I get to the
Replace field?

Thanks,

Embarrassed,

BJ
