[access-uk] Best indoor arial to use with Nebular TV card + cable to connect media PC to old CRT TV

Hi,
I'd appreciate any recommendations on what type of indoor arial to use with my
Nebular TV card. At the moment I'm only getting sound and it drops out every
few seconds and moving the arial slightly messes up the signal.
Also, I would like to connect a small media PC to a old CRT TV. Would any VGA
to scart cable work off Ebay?
