[access-uk] Browser Choice??

Hi all,
Recently I noticed there is a new Icon appearing on my Desktop.
I'm not sure where it came from and what it stand for, I do not see it on my
control panel.
Any idea what "Browser Choice" Icon is about?
Just wanted to be a sure before I do deleting this new Icon.
I'm using IE version 6 and XP Home Edition.
