Hi Kevin, thanks for this! the main difficulty is that when entering data
into the “where” field the box is a read only box so cannot enter text as to
our planned departure date! also, if one attempts to enter text all of the
above fields are cleared! thanks will try again !

Hi Alistair.

What exactly are you trying to do with the searches?

Thomas Cook seemed to work fine. I simply left all combo boxes at the default
values and pressed enter on the search button and got 507 results.

The Thompson Holidays link you’ve provided only results in an internal error as
soon as the link is activated so I assume they have some fairly major issues at
the moment.

I’m using Jaws 13 on Windows 7 with latest internet explorer.

Regards.

Kevin

Hi folks, it’s that time of year when my wife and I plan our summer break, to
date I’ve always been able to go onto both the Thomas cook and Thomson holidays
site to search out the right holiday. Sadly when I looked this year I can’t
work out how to use the search facility on either site despite the overall site
seemingly being quite accessible. Using NVDA and even tried it with jaws 15
without success on a windows 7 machine, just wondering if anyone on list has
had any success in accessing the holiday search facility on either page, if
yes, then some tips would be much appreciated!

Thanks!
