[access-uk] Bullets and numbering

Hi,
In the work that I do, I have to start each paragraph with M- and the next
paragraph with R-, meaning respondent and moderator. Of course the bullets
and numbering keep on adding n-, o-, etc. I think I've turned it off in the
format menu, this is in word 2003 which we've recently put on, but I'm sure
if I remember there's another place to turn it of, it's driving me mad and I
can't find it, it's managing to wreck my document. So if someone could help
I'd be really grateful.
