Hi Niamh

In the event you haven't done this, go into Bluetooth on your phone, and
ensure it is switched on. Next, arrow right once to Paired Devices. Now
bring up the Options menu and select New Paired Device. Choose More
Devices, and let it search for anything the phone sees, preferably your
headset. If it does, select it, and then put in the Pin, normally four
zeros.

Once you've paired the headset with your phone, just close the Bluetooth
window and enjoy.

Kind Regards,

Jackie Cairns
