Hi Andy,

I use exact audio copy, available from www.exactaudiocopy.de

It might not be for every one, as there's a slight learning curve required, and can be a bit fiddly to initially configure. However if you're willing to persevere, it works very well.

Can't say how accessible it is with jaws, but it's quite useable with window-eyes, all be it using the mouse keys a bit.

Anyway, just thought I'd throw it in as an alternative.

Cheers,

Tim.

Subject: [access-uk] CD ripping programme please

Hi all

Because CDEX keeps locking up my machine when I use it, I am looking for an alternative programme that will rip audio CDs in to mp3 files, that uses the
freedb database to retreave track info for the ripping.

Thanks -

Andy
