Marg,
The reason for this is there's no entry for the disc in the online database
that CD EX checks.
You can tab around the main screen when you put the disc in and entering the
information manually. You can then submit the album and track information so
others can have their discs auto labelled.

I have been ripping some of my original CDs to MP3 using CDEX, and today I
have encountered a slight problem in that in some cases the title of the album
and the names of the tracks aren't being picked up. Is there a setting I
should alter or is there some other reason why this is happening? Any advice
gratefully received.
