I tuned in also, and was similarly disappointed to not have a verbal 
translation. In this day and age I'm bewildered that so many documentary 
makers don't see the need for this.

I to have contacted the BBC on several occasions over recent months to 
explain my views - without being nasty or ignorant - and have never once 
received so much as an e-mail to acknowledge my thoughts on the programs I 
was talking about.

This incident brings to mid a Channel 4 film some months ago about the 
terrorists siege of a Moscow theatre, and as tonight, not one word of 
translation was provided. C4 also failed to respond to my questions about 
same.

If you get any kind of response I'd sure like to hear about it. I'll be 
surprised though if you do!
