Hi Donna,
If you set CDEX to a specific setting, i.e. 192, then the quality settings
are ignored. Essentially, they are presets. For example, if you change it
to a different quality, you will probably find the bit rate changes too.

I've just moved from Easy CD Extractor to CD Ex and I have a question.
I've set CD Ex to record at 192 kbs constant bit rate. But I see there are
also things called quality levels. Are these just for VBR or can they also
be used for CBR.
