go to internet Explorer, go to the tools menu with alt t and arrow up to 
Internet options.  You will also find Internet Options in Control Pannel.

press enter to open the Internet Options dialog box which is multitab. 
Press control tab until you get to the program tab.

Here, press tab until you get to a combo box called email.  Here you can 
choose which email is your default email client which opens when you choose 
send to recipient or click on an Email to link.

If I highlight something, say a file, press the applications key, arrow down 
to send to, select mail recipient and press enter, my outlook express is not 
opening which used to be the case.  What if anything can I do to fix this.
