Yes, if I understand what your message correctly, you're
correct in what you say about the list being a place where
members can help each-other find solutions to access
problems.
I was certainly glad of Eleanor's advice, although from what
she said, I believe she wouldn't have heard of the program
if it hadn't been for Ibrahim having mentioned the program
on the list previously.
