Many thanks. You've hit the nail on the head and I'm sitting here with egg on
my face. I took a look in Control Panel and my printer has disappeared. No
trace of it and I'm the only one using this computer. Anyway, thanks again.

Until recently, I had no problem printing envelopes and address labels =

now I can't. I get to the point when I'm ready to print and instead of
printing, the fax wizard opens. I've uninstalled Word 2002 and replaced =

with 2000 with the same result. I've even tried using MSWorks and up =

the wizard. If anyone can supply a solution to this problem, please can =
