Hi Carol, Essentially, it is a cassette tape shell, with a wire coming out of it, and a standard 3.5mm jack plug on the other end. You put it in your cassette deck, plug the other end into your Book Courier, or MP3 player, or whatever, and it allows it to play through the cassette deck. It would only work on machines where the cassette is slid in through a slot in the front as otherwise it would not be possible to close the cassette door. Anyway, I have a stereo where the cassette deck door opens forwards, moving outwards from the front of the machine, if that makes any sense to anyone. I was wondering if there are cassette adapters which will work with this setup and if someone could recommend one. A lot of them are advertised "in-car adapter", but I'm not buying a car just to have a very simple speaker setup for my Book Courier. Might sound like a simple question, but I've never used one before! Thanks James
