Yes, I agree with you Christine. I had to have three or four 
goes at making out what the Skype one said, as it was almost 
indecipherable with normal hearing. They use different 
strange voices for each word they speak and put lots of 
backward running noise and speech in the background. Of 
course, it's all to ensure that software can't decipher this 
and get access to these sites. Still, for those who can hear 
OK, the "Listen" button, when it works, is much better than 
nothing.

Those
Stupid things are no use to folks like myself who have big 
hearing
problems--we use our braille not our ears, so they are no 
use whatsoever and
having someone ring us up is no use either, so what do we do 
but give up
using something Else, we could have used had they not used 
those stupid
