[access-uk] Changing email address

Hi all

I have set my parent's up on the net but I cannot reply to the email address 
I have set up for them.  Blueyonder have a default email address that is 
just made up of letters and numbers so I set up a personalised email 
address.  I get the messages from them but, when I reply, the message 
bounces back as an unrecognised address.  The only way I can send a message 
to them is with the letters and numbers address.

I have been on the Blueyonder web site and followed the instructions for 
changing an email address but that has not helped.

Anyone any idea's?
