I don't think there is any  legal right to be  allowed to feel the
Products,  but it does make good business  sense for shops To be Flexible
and allow  us to  examine before we make a  choice.

I think most shops will allow it,  but it will depend on  what the
Product is.

Maybe I am wrong but I have been under the impression that a blind person 
going in to a store has the right to feel murchandise which a sighted person

can see.  Certainly the John Lewis Stores will open a product and let me 
feel it, no matter what the product and they usually have demo models in 
their electrical department.
