Marie.

Google gave me nothing on this.

Given the com in it I'd deduce that it is indeed a piece of spyware.

Download and run windows defender, runa full system scan and not just the
quick scan.

I would also run hitman pro.

Hopefully these programs get rid. Failing that it's a re-install of
windows.

Sorry to be so bleek but it's sometimes that way.

Calm down Folks! this is not span, nor a new game to play online or an
invitation from me to get to anything naughty or shady in acryptic or exotic
language...
Many times a day but always at random intervals, I lose my connection to the
net and when I shut down the pc I get the following message: ending
programme: Comm-App-WOOWooComAp, this programme is not responding...
If I choose cancel, the message is reiterated, if I choose end now, the pc
hangs when I try to shut down. If I unload JFW from memory and shut down,
the pc shut down properly and I can reboot without problem and everything
will be fine for a while, sometimes, five minutes, sometimes hours.
What is this programme? how can I find out what it does? Is it possible to
repair or re-instal it?it is nowhere to be found in all programmes or
program files. Yes, I suppose I could google it but I don't know what to
type to get there fast. When I use this search engine, I end up being
swamped by information and give up in frustration.
Can anyone come up with anything? Sorry if I irritated some, you've got to
find a way to get noticed, thought that was a good one.
Cheers now,

Marie
