I am hoping I can explain so that someone will understand and help -it is
minor but irritating.

some while ago, with all my router and wireless network problems, I called in
a Dell engineer who was very helpful but could not understand why my laptop cut
out when connected to the internet even though the wireless connection showed
it was still connected. He decided that there was some kind of virus in my
original account even though I'd done all the testing I could so instead of
my account created as I am the only user, he created a test account which at
first seemed to run with no problems. He told me how to change back but I did
not make a note of this: he'd set up my email account and transferred things I
really wanted to this new one so I felt he'd been here long enough.

I know it is trivial but I do not want the word *test* which now says it is
part of the system - my account name now if I use Bellarc Advisor is Test so
can someone tell me how to delete my user account and create a new one in the
way that I have to lose everything like emails, all my documents etc and start
again.

I hope someone understands what I am talking about.

I an now using a new router although that still has its problems but they I can
live with.

Mandy.
