And what about Book Wizard Producer from APH, http://www.aph.org/tech.  This
is also an excellent Daisy creation tool, and completely accessible with any
screen reader.

you should talk to dolphin about daisy book creating, they are the people
who do it.

i'm not sure about k1000 but dolphin definitely in this respect are good
people to ask.

i don't know how Freedom scientific do it, i mean combining the audio and
text, but someone onlist may be able to help you.
