[access-uk] Creating New Folder with Windows 8 Point 1.

Hi All.
I have had this PC since May and am doing ok although every time I come across
a problem my husband asks why I don’t download the programme that makes it look
like Windows 7 but to me that is a little defeatist but I am having a problem
when I wish to create a new folder as alt f doesn’t seem to work – I did work
it out once but can’t remember what I did.
Also I am using Windows Live Mail and there is a button that comes up “working
online” which, if you it by mistake is a toggle and then you can’t seem to read
anything in the folders but have to close the programme and reopen anybody know
what I am talking about?
