Hi, She's using Googlemail as her provider. Remember, the problem only happened today; it in fact happened when her technicians removed the certificate that was used for the credentials to log on to her part of the wireless network. She could browse the web fine; she only had problems checking mail. Thanks for the help, greatly appreciated.

Hi Chris, Which ISP is it? Also, does she have Eudora set up for secure connections via SSL? If so, this may be the problem, as the ISP may not support SSL secured connections. Just uncheck that in options and you should be OK. My friend's having this problem when she's trying to connect to here-mail using Eudora. This has only just happened. I couldn't help her solveit, as I've actually never come across this problem before, until now thatis, so thought I'd ask on here. My friend's using XP Home Service Pack 2. Isthis an issue with her WPA-enabled wireless connection at college? She can browse the web fine, but she can't access anything else. Thanks in advance.
