Hi John

Ok no problem, I found a case on amazon that is universal, hopefully that
will fit as it is for multiple devices, phones, satnavs, etc.

I have been reading through the manual, trying to suss out my olympus,
there are lots of different accessories mentioned, the battery, a cable to
link the dm5 to another divice, but I would think apart from the battery,
generic cables and mikes would be ok. I would think the olympus mikes if
amazon prices are anything to go by, would be very expensive. Thanks for
the help.

Just one question, I have ripped the user manual cd's to mp3, I put them on
my memory card but can't see them in the dm5, not quite sure why, any
suggestions?

Ok catch you later.

Regards

Adrien

Hi Adrien, I haven't come across a better case made for the dm5. There may
be cases made for other things of a similar size, be they recorders or
mobiles or the like that will fit, but I couldn't suggest anything. You'd
just have to search. Given the popularity of all sorts of hand held devices

there may well be something that will fill the bill.
I don't know of any accessories, even a popshield. I use the Zoom
popshield on mine.
As it's my first Olympus recorder I haven't a clue about what battery
other Olympus models take. Sorry for not having the answers.
                    John.
