Firstly, many thanks to all those who responded to my post about Power DVD. I think there may be a problem with my DVD drive because sometimes when I put a DVD into it and open Power DVD, I am informed that there is no disk in the drive. When I open Windows Explorer I find that no files are listed on the DVD drive, so somehow it has not loaded. I am wondering whether the DVD drive needs cleaning, and if so, how this can be done safely. This morning I got a DVD to work perfectly, but on putting another one in this evening nothing would happen. Any help would be appreciated.
