Hi Christopher.

I visited the site again tonight with a view to signing up to the service.
However, immediately, I was asked for my e-mail address. - No problem. Then
I was asked for my password. I made one up and pressed enter and jaws
announced Forgotten your password, press h for help, and from then on in I
simply did what I always do, went around in circles for half an hour. How
can I have a password if I've not even yet registered? I really hate these
sites. I seem to spend hours just bumping off one wall onto another and
they are supposed to be for visually impaired people. I'm feeling quite
bugged at the moment because this has been happening all afternoon with me
on several sites. Another bug of mine is why is everyone using tables when
frames are more suitable, not only for vip users. Here is the scenario.

You visit SKY and on the first page they have 50 links. You have some
patience to get to the link you want, 45, then enter on it. Why oh why are
you not taken directly to that page? But no, you are presented with a very
similar page , which goes through all the same links again.. until it
reaches 45 then your requested link comes up. All the big sites, or rather
everyone is now using tables when frames are quicker, more direct and
easier. Sorry for being so, but I'm just feeling a bit helpless at the
moment. I hate having to ask AGAIN for sighted assistance to et to a
particular part of a site.

Back to my reason for writing, how did you sign up to the service? Can you
remember?

Best wishes.
Andy
