Steve, Are you wanting immages as well as audio or just audio? If the latter I believe DVD audio extractor is accessible with Jaws.
Personally I use DVD audio wripper, again for just audio or IM 2 dvd wripper for immages and audio.
But as I use WE rather than Jaws I don't know how accessible they would be. Also the IM2 product is quite complecated to use and I seem to remember needing sighted help to set it up correctly.
